Lovely 4 bedroom farmhouse with 4 acres of meadow and mountain views! Bring the kids and the smores! We welcome you to sit on the front porch and while away the lazy days. Warm yourselves by the fire pit in the evenings or the fireplace in the cozy living room. Bring your kayaks and fishing gear or borrow ours for a fun day on the New River only 10 minutes away. The charming town of Sparta is a 12 minute drive, West Jefferson is 30 for shopping and dining.

Sitting in the middle of farm land, surrounding mountains and cornfield you will have this 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home with meadow to enjoy all to yourselves. We provide HotTub, ping pong table, fire table, fire pit, hammock, tree swing, picnic tables, apple tree, BBQ grill, dartboard, foosball, corn toss, fishing gear and plenty of space to roam. Nature provides fireflies and warm breezes in the summer, vibrant colors, pumpkin patches, fall festivals in autumn, choose and cut your own Christmas tree, shop local crafts for gifts and see the falling snow in winter, and experience nature coming to life with beautiful flowers emerging in springtime.

Downstairs provides a full living area and den with TV, Dining room with table for 8, master bedroom with full bath, full bath next to den with washer and dryer and a full country kitchen. Access to front porch and porch swing and rocking chairs from the living room, and a full terrace for outdoor seating off of the dining room. Out the back door from the den is a large covered carport with a bar area and foosball/dart games.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a half bath.

The house sits on an acre and across the street you'll have 3 acres to roam with picnic table and tree swing for the kids and the views are amazing.

Bring your kayaks or canoes as we are only 10 minutes from the New River loading site or visit the New River Campground to have them take you and cruise down the river. The local rivers and streams are stocked with trout. Visit the local towns for shopping antiques and local crafts. There are so many day trips to explore. The Yadkin Valley wineries are plentiful and near! Grayson Highlands offers insane mountain views and wild horses. Stone mountain has waterfalls, hiking and rock climbing. The Blue Ridge parkway is a must to drive with the best hiking, views in all the East coast! Bring your bicycle or rent one and ride the Creeper Trail from Damascus. Visit local music and craft festivals, the bluegrass music trail, fiddlers conventions, antique car cruise ins, mud bogs, rodeos, fall fairs, Christmas tree farms, pumpkin patches, locally grown produce stands and so much more this area has to offer!
